Nestled along the serene banks of the Mandovi River, Kumbarjua (Cumbarjua)is a charming island town that embodies the tranquil essence of Goa. Located just 20 kilometers east of Panjim, the state's vibrant capital. Kumbarjua is known for the occasion of 'Shishirotsav', which signifies the arrival of Shri Shantadurga Kumbharjuvekarin back to her home.
